Contact details you send us by email or phone, and the athlete and booking information entered through our WellnessLiving booking system. If analytics are enabled, we see basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited and device type.
Bookings and WellnessLiving
Bookings, purchases and player profiles are processed by WellnessLiving Systems Inc. under their privacy policy. We access this information to run clinics, camps and events.
Where bookings happen
Clinic spots are booked on the schedule page, passes and packs on the pricing page, and camp registration on the summer camp page, each through the WellnessLiving checkout described above.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it beyond the service providers named above.
Children’s information
Player profiles for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Parents can ask us to review, correct or delete their child’s information at any time.
